  • Help you find an Agency that provides your care and support, or,
  • Help you recruit a personal assistant by;
    1. preparing a job description and profile
    2. advertising (anonymously) for staff
    3. arranging a contract
    4. signposting you to a payroll company ( pay, tax, National Insurance)
    5. setting you up as an employer with the statutory bodies
    6. helping you ‘settle in’ as an employer
    7. help you complete your council financial return
    8. arrange staff training, ie moving and assistance, food hygiene etc
  • We then provide you with all the assistance you need to continue as an employer.
